Section 1. Adoption.
The Board of Directors shall have the power to adopt reasonable Rules and Regulations for governing the conduct of the Members and their guests within the Project. Such Rules and Regulations may be adopted, amended or repealed at any time by the Board of Directors, with or without prior notice to the Membership.

Section 2. Publications.
The Rules and Regulations as adopted, amended or repealed by the Board of Directors shall be mailed to each Member.

Section 3. Violations.
Violation of the Rules and Regulations shall be grounds for temporary suspension of the Membership and/or privileges, by the Board of Directors, after notice has been given to the offending Member and a reasonable opportunity to be heard has been given.
