DECLARATION OF ESTABLISHMENT OF
CONDITIONS, COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS
FOR COUNTRYHILLS
Section 1. Incorporation. The provisions of the Declaration recorded in the County Recorder's Office of Los Angeles County on , 198- as Instrument No. , and any amendments thereto, are incorporated herein by this reference. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Bylaws and the provisions of the Declaration, the provisions of the Declaration shall prevail.
