ARTICLE XIII
AMENDMENT

13.1. This Declaration may be amended only by an affirmative vote of not
less than seventy-five percent (75%) of each class of Members, and further, this
amendment provision shall not be amended to allow amendments by vote of less than
seventy-five percent (75%) of each class of Members. At such time when the Class B
Membership shall cease and be converted to Class A Membership, any and all amendments
to this Declaration shall be enacted by requiring the vote or written assent of Members
representing both: (i) Seventy-five percent (75%) of the total voting power of the
Association; and (ii) Seventy-five percent (75%) of the votes of Members other than the
Declarant, provided, however, that the percentage of the voting power necessary to
amend a specific provision shall not be less than the percentage of affirmative votes
prescribed for action to be taken under said provision.

13.2. From and after its effective date, each amendment made pursuant
to the preceding paragraph shall be as effective as to all Lots within the Project and the
Owners/Members thereof and their successors in interest.
