We are a small community of 271 homes nestled in the hills at the west end of the San Fernando Valley.

We hope that this web site will keep all of the current homeowners and potential new homeowners up to date as to what is happening in our neighborhood.

We will also provide as many useful services and links regarding our community, e.g. the Westhills Neighborhood Council, LAPD, the Centex development in Dayton Canyon known as Sterling (see link on left).

 

We will also start to build a FAQ section. We have a link for our Conditions, Covenants & Restrictions (CC&R's).
